The “Void Chair”, is a new approach from the aesthetics of cardboard furniture, instead of using the corners that gives strength to the piece, folds are used through all the chair, supporting the weight and movements of the user.
Additionally the packaging aesthetics are employed in the cardboard boxes like the traditional "broken glass shape" and the word "Fragile" enriches the folds, the relationship between positive and negative shapes surround the chair. The “Void Chair” is made from a single surface of cardboard of 2m x 1m that through folds, becomes a useful volume.

La Silla Vacío es una nueva aproximación a la estética del mobiliario de cartón, en lugar de usar esquinas y adhesivos para darle fuerza a la pieza, son empleados dobleces a lo largo de la estructura, los cuales soportan el peso y movimientos del usuario.
De manera adicional se proponen las gráficas de "vidrio roto y frágil" para complementar visualmente el diseño. La relación entre las geometrías positivas y negativas complementan la estructura. La silla está hecha con una sóla pieza de cartón de 2m x 1m que a través de pliegues es convertido en un volumen útil.
