My aim is to provide businesses and organisations with a visual identity that's not only enduring but also deeply symbolic. I instill this vision by championing simplicity, practicality, and reliability—qualities that are the core of my work and the essence of what I deliver.​​​​​​​

Execution
The primary logo lockup conveys a strong and distinctive presence. The use of a monochromatic color scheme adheres to the minimalist aesthetic and reflects the brand's core values of durability and reliability. Its solid, block-like components convey a sense of stability and resilience. Moreover, the simplicity of the design offers versatility across various applications. The variations include the primary symbol and sans-serif type that conveys a strong and distinctive brand presence, and a secondary logotype which conveys a sense of approachability and modernity.


LOGO BREAKDowN
At first glance, the bold, geometric arrangement of shapes captures attention, but a closer look reveals the integration of the letter H in negative space, which signifies my surname Haynes. Its solid, block-like components convey a sense of stability and resilience. The intersecting lines not only represent the T in Tom but also form a pillar that stands as a testament to my goals to craft iconic logos that exude stability, power, and simplicity.


GRID
The use of precise shapes such as squares and rectangles, combined with the organised grid structure, means that the logo is geometric in design. The evenly balanced square grid ensures a symmetrical weight distribution across the design, leading to an inherently harmonious and balanced logo.


Typography and Colour Palette
In shaping my colour and type decisions, I've chosen colors and fonts that stand for simplicity and timelessness.
My palette composed purely of black, white, and grey shades cuts through the noise with a clean, classic look that doesn’t age. The typefaces Visby CF and Inter, with their crisp and straightforward design, support this vision. They're modern, yet unpretentious—ensuring that my brand stays relatable and approachable for years to come.


BRAND APPLICATION​​​​​​​
Here's the rollout of my visual identity, a signature look across all brand assets. The essentials—letterheads and business cards—bear the mark of my corporate identity. And then there’s the merch, from wearable caps to hoodies; who doesn't love seeing their logo on some merch?
