Summary
Blitzpay is a startup that offers a robust ecosystem of EdTech and FinTech solutions, with web and mobile accessibility, through a platform business model, that connects producers and consumers for value exchange. With Blitzpay web and mobile apps, producers create, manage and sell their digital products. With B.Club web and mobile apps, the digital products are delivered with a Netflix-like experience to consumers. And with its own Help Desk web app, the startup offers humanized support for producers and consumers.

Principal Designer

Responsibilities
I was responsible for product strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership and training, project and product management, tech decision making, research and innovation, product discovery (user needs identification, solution ideation, user requirements gathering, information architecture, wireframing, Design System development, prototyping, user testing)​​​, in close collaboration with the Dev Team.

Results
So far, we have achieved the following outcomes (in addition to the development of the ecosystem itself):
- Fastest and most secure checkout in the market;
- Higher product-specific conversion rates;
- Humanized and immediate customer support;
- Implementation of a design system inspired by BigTechs, to speed up design and development.
- Improvements in user experience;
- Coverage of Government fees applicable for platform producers;

Consumers
Anyone interested in learning about a specific topic of interest: professionals seeking to enhance their skills, companies looking to provide training to their employees, individuals interested in infotainment, etc. Consumers feel the need for a quality learning experience, including a Netflix-style interface, reliable support, efficient and fast web and mobile apps, networking opportunities, etc.


Producers
Anyone interested in creating and selling digital products: digital entrepreneurs, content creators, trainers, digital marketing experts, co-producers, affiliates, etc. Producers feel the need for tools to create and manage, or simply affiliate with existing products, and sell digital products with a focus on security and efficiency. They also desire lower fees and taxes, the ability to conduct sales funnels, obtain detailed reports, ensure web and mobile accessibility, and receive support, etc.



OPPORTUNITIES
Hotmart, Eduzz, Kiwify, Ticto, Monetizze, among others, are competitors that offer solutions similar to Blitzpay. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct a competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
