This 5-woman strong law firm was looking for a brand refresh and website, that could sit alongside its umbrella company, Sheridans. Sheridan's website uses primarily black and white photography, and so we wanted to keep that brand language, but find a more meaningful theme for the photography. The clients loved the idea of water to represent "a fresh start", as well as the different emotional states, e.g calm waters.
T h e L o g o
To tie in with the water imagery, a cursive logo with fluid marks was adopted to pair with the original sans serif logo. It also gave the brand an editorial aesthetic and emphasised the fact that it is an all female team.
t h e w e b s i t e
The landing page loops a film of waves with the strap-line, "No wave lasts forever". This helps to explain the photography immediately, as well as reassure the prospective client. A teal colour was introduced to the monochromatic palette, for call to action buttons and rollover highlights.
T h e t e a m
Candid photography of the team was taken around Soho, where their office is situated. It was key that the photos felt natural and honest, so that they looked like a trustworthy and reliable team. They needed to look professional, but not severe or too serious. Their headshots scroll across the top banner to add interactivity to the page. Below are their contact cards, with their details for quick access. Each team member has an individual bio page, that has an editorial aesthetic, and highlights their key testimonials.

In order to describe where Family at Sheridans fits within the wider organisation, I decided we needed an illustration of the many branches. To the left is their original "organigram", to the right is my draft sketch and below that is the finished illustration for the site by Sonya Lyakhova
