Introducing HFC:
In a world where the art of cooking and creativity has spread, we now need food delivery applications of various types and forms on a large scale. The world is divided into two parts: those who like healthy food and those who like unhealthy food. In both cases, we have provided you with the HFC application, which includes all types of food items. It is an application characterized by its features, including controlling the ingredients of your meals and fast delivery of the most delicious dishes from your favorite restaurant. It also includes recipes and videos for preparing your favorite meal. Most importantly, be sympathetic, as the application provides a food donation service and motivates you to share food with others by providing you with discount coupons the more you donate.
The Challenges
Some user problems for food applications :
1. Delivery delay : Inaccuracy in timings and late orders lead to food being cold and losing a group         of users
2. Lack of diversity in food : Most applications do not include fast food and healthy food together
3. Wasting some food ingredients : Getting rid of some components of the meal that I do not want, and it is possible to get rid of my meal when adding some sauces that I do not like.
4. Customer service problems : There is no direct communication with customer service or delay in        responding
 5. Rising prices : Some applications raise prices for meals and goods
6. Inaccuracy of the request : Exchanging meals with other available meals or changing the desired      restaurant
The Solution :
We created the HFC application to solve the widespread problems related to food, such as the following: lack of punctuality. We allow you to track your orders and display the driver’s information and the route he took. We also have an application that includes all types of healthy and unhealthy food from different restaurants and solve the problem of food waste by controlling the components of your meal and eliminating unwanted ingredients. Such as sauces and others, the availability of  meals at reasonable prices and consistent with reality, and the availability of customer service available around the clock to serve you.
    Design Thinking Process :
Competitor Analysis :
Our approach to developing and creating food delivery applications begins with a phase of research and analysis of user requirements to understand the challenges users face in ordering food from restaurants of various types and integrating it with donations. We conduct questionnaires and interviews To find out what challenges and problems we can solve by collecting and studying their feedback, we also conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis to understand what food delivery apps are currently available and what their strengths and weaknesses are. This way we ensure that our application achieves its goal and satisfies the user. We use users' opinions to create everything they want. Easily, efficiently, and away from challenges and difficulties
Competitors' strengths :
1.Easy-to-use interface: All applications are easy to use and navigate and achieve the desired goal easily, without complexity
2.Diversity in restaurants and food: Applications provide a large variety of restaurants to choose what you want
3.Punctuality of delivery: The apps provide fast and reliable delivery by tracking my orders
Competitors' weaknesses :
1. High prices: There are some meals and goods that are expensive compared to reality
2. Technical problems and difficulty in reaching customer service: Problems in some applications and difficulty in reaching customer service in the required time
3. Delivery service is limited: it does not include some areas
4. Inaccuracy in the products: In some cases, the products are changed according to what is available and not what I want
Secondary Research :
Informed by extensive research involving food delivery users, stakeholders, and experts, we have gleaned valuable insights into the needs and motivations of this diverse group. These insights form the foundation for the creation of user personas, which help us better understand and empathize with the individuals we aim to serve.

Usability Testing Results :
In our usability tests, I like to kick things off by sharing some introductory context. Then, I present our participants with four different scenarios, each with its own task. We encourage them to think out loud as they tackle these tasks, and we also take the Time to ask follow-up questions to dig deeper into their experiences.

The Next Step :
The future vision of the application lies in bridging the distances between families and friends and eating lunch together, even with different geographical locations, by providing the appropriate environment that simulates reality, so that it provides you with the environment and conditions to eat together as if you were at one table united by the bonds of love.
