I saw the trailer to the new documentary / biopic on Lionel Messi and wanted to design a poster as an exercise for myself. The goal was to combine elements of Barcelona FC as well as his Argentinian origin. I focused on the stripes and created some drama with the placement of the images and the tagline. I'm happy with the result, a bold and quick hitting poster for one of the world's most popular athletes.

Vi el trailer de la nueva documental / película biográfica sobre Lionel Messi y quería diseñar un cartel como un ejercicio. El objetivo era combinar elementos del FC Barcelona, así como su origen argentino. Me concentré en las rayas y creé un poco de drama con la colocación de las imágenes y el lema. Estoy contento con el resultado, un cartel potente y facil de interpretar para uno de los atletas más populares del mundo.
