Ease - Assortment planning for the hypothetical lounge wear brand for Spring/Summer 2023 involved a meticulous process to curate a diverse and appealing collection for customers. Considering the allocated store space of 2000 square feet, the planning incorporated several essential elements to optimize the display. Four distinct categories of lounge wear were chosen based on market demand and brand identity.Within each category, a variety of products were selected to cater to different customer needs. This encompassed a range of sizes, colors, patterns, and designs to ensure diversity and inclusivity.
The assortment was divided into three drops to keep the collection fresh and dynamic throughout the season.
