\\ MILLENIUM TOWN PARK, JERSEY
The Millennium Park site is in a built-up residential area to the north of St. Helier town centre. BURNS+NICE, in collaboration with Parsons Brinckerhoff, was commissioned by the States of Jersey to create a high-quality public park which was delivered in 2011. Commended in the 2013 Civic Trust Awards.
Joao (T•Placemaking) was a member of the design team. His role focused on the detailed design for the planting and the play area. This work included several trips for site supervision to ensure the quality of workmanship.
