Dear Art Lover,
My solo Advertising visual art and Painting exhibition titled Immersive Unlearning is going to be exhibited at Zainul Gallery from 22 to 28 October 2023. My artworks are highly influenced by Experiential Learning. The exhibition aims to showcase my Academic artworks and Professional Service artworks, which I have done for the advertising and development Industry. Role playing a leading career in the advertising industry, and coming back to the fine art faculty as a student at the age of 40 is a great experience for me. I have simulated both experience in my learning process and artwork.

Immersive unlearning is the process of letting go of old habits, beliefs, and ideas that no longer serve us. The process of unlearning is not about forgetting, it’s about reducing the influence of old knowledge on our cognitive ability. I am into the process of reducing the influence of old knowledge. Learning has no age limit. The change around us is so rapid that what we learn today might be obsolete tomorrow.
