this is my first ever typeface. i called it mergenthaler because that's the name of the first company that chauncey h. griffith worked at before creating bell gothic (the typeface that mergenthaler is based off of.)
the contrast of this typeface is what give it a modern sophisticated look.
bell gothic's x-height mixed with serifs conveys elegancy, like this flower
the idea of this typeface is help emphasize the aura of fashion
the close up details of the letter k, w and g all show the attribute listed above
the purpose of this font is to be used for headlines and title for books and movies
