The parameters that the user sets on the object are based on the music clusters. Each parameter has to do with the mood of the user towards what he wants to hear. By setting the parameters from 1 to 5, the moodbox defines playlists based on the selections made. The object is designed to stimulate the senses of touch, through the materials used. Wood is used, as a friendly material that exudes a feeling of warmth and intimacy. Also, fabric is used on some of the buttons and the handle as it has a strong tactile feel.
As an object, it negotiates our relationship with music and
