Bar Crenn, a Michelin-starred restaurant, was looking for a more creative way to deliver the bill at the end of dinner service. Bar Crenn’s decorations highlight the ambiance of music. They are full of old-timey records, so adding a cassette case for a complimentary object was a creative way of tying the existing decor with a new vessel.   Each case has its own volume and design to elevate the feel of owning all of Bar Crenn’s “musical” cassettes. Some case designs were inspired by the mind-blowing food dishes curated at Bar Crenn. It became an exciting challenge to transform food art into product design and execute it into a fully formed object.
