Blocky & bold typography as a reference to the bricks Frank Dux has to break in order to get into the tournament. The dragon and color palette reminiscent of Kung Fu movies and the neon signs that adorned the streets of Hong Kong at that time. I took a Bloodsport reference as an opportunity to create something with intensity, grit, and artistry. An aesthetic that any big fan of the movie would appreciate and want to grab.
