Project Overview
This project focuses on an adaptive reuse residence for a client selected from a pool of client profiles. It will encompass all basic interior design principles in order to create a successful space based on the interactions of the client with the environment created.

Client Profile
As a textile designer, Iris Spencer finds inspiration for her unusual color combinations and textures from her fascination for orchids, the beach and by immersing herself into the nature that surrounds her. By abstracting the triad-like geometry of the orchid and extracting color schemes from the beach scene, a unique experience can be successfully achieved, just like the designs of her fibers.
Concept Statement
Iris Spencer is a eccentric fibers designer know for her innovative and gorgeous fabrics. Her unusual color combinations and crazy texture mixes have earned her such reputation that her work is increasingly in demand by international designers.
