the location is Qortuba Gate wich includes a family entertainment centre, fine and casual dining, specialty retail, offices, clinics, and a training institute. The design integrates wide land- scaped sidewalks, pocket parks, and basement parking.

The concept features display units radially dispersing from the centre of the room. The perimeter is lined with built-in shelving at 3m, with a secondary layer at 2m high, and a counter height display at <1m. The centralized reception allows for patrons to have clear access to service at any given time.
