Postcard from Boston Financial District

Communication Aesthetic:
Because my postcard is not in the format of a typical one, I am very curious about the reactions of people who receive it. Will they understand that it is a postcard? Will they question where it came from? I am interested to see if they had immediately arrived at the conclusion that it is a postcard or if it took them some time to understand it. I also did not write the name of the location. This will once again take away from the generic postcard aesthetic. I am curious to see if people know where this postcard is from based on the image itself. I wonder if they will search for the location. I think it would be interesting to send one postcard to a number of people. The first to receive it would research the postcard and write hints or clues on the card to help the next person determine its location. I want this process to continue until a person finds the location. When they determine the location, I want that person to write it down in the arrow on the card and send it back to me. I like the idea of an interactive card. I think it would be interesting to also observe a separate exchange between a limited group of people in which one person already knows the location and the others have to guess based on clues. I wonder if the clues would be more direct or abstract when one person knows the location already.
