For the unbeleavable 7:1 victory of Germany against Brazil in the semi-final I made the following "game-announcment" render.

I got the nice Stadium and the soccer ball models from http://www.cinema4dtutorial.net/?page_id=1073 and purchased soccer model pack from the PixelLab to get a better looking goal as well as the shoes. The grass is rendered with C4ds Hair modul.

Now that Germany has reached the final I will have to think of something special for the upcomming sunday to create.

I wanted to re-use the render from before and show it from a different angle. As it turned out it took me a lot longer than I had expected as there is lot more grass from this angle and a few problems arose that I hadn't had to deal with before. I also used a different rendermethod which took quite some time to do it's job. The Composite is also a lot more colorfull compared to the first one. But here we go:

For "Le grande Finale" between Argentina and Germany I've come up with this render. At first I tought about purchasing a 3d model of the actual World Cup but decided against doing it as I already had spent some money in the last coupe of days on soccer models. So I placed the scene in space and turned the earth into half a soccer ball with confetti flying all around.
