Wooden stools series.

 

A project with my partner. A few years ago my partner found a beautiful turned Tasmanian Huon Pine stool with three little legs. It has so much character and we had a fantasy about contributing to this very warm and friendly typology.

 

My partner isn’t a woodworker so we had a joyous moment learning the lathe and came up with a pair of gorgeous wooden stools in salvaged Douglas Fir and wind-fallen Yellowbox. 

 

Each stool has a character. I hope this series will continue.
