Carolina Clear Green Stormwater Interpretive Signs

At The Watershed Company, I designed the first phase mockups and contributed final graphic content to four interpretive signs for the Carolina Clear initiative at Clemson University in South Carolina. They are planned for installation across the state. The signs encourage appreciation of green stormwater features like rain gardens, stormwater ponds, and stormwater ditches. I contributed digital and hand-drawn illustrations to these signs. Three signs were 18x24" and one was 12x18". All signs are owned by Clemson University.

Interpretive sign (12x18") encouraging positive attitudes towards stormwater ditches. My colleague illustrated the trout. I illustrated the kayaker, otter, and wood duck, and we collaborated on the icewater.
Interpretive sign (18"x24") featuring the cleansing function of rain gardens. I illustrated the animals. My colleague created the central rain garden illustration.
Interpretive sign highlighting the benefits of storm water ponds to communities. The client provided the central illustration, and I added elements such as the butterfly and aerator.
Interpretive sign focused on wildlife use of rain gardens. I created the sponge illustration.
