Congregational Library Web Redesign
The Congregational Library and Archives hosts the nation's oldest collection of Congregational Christian history. Their website, built on Drupal 6 and built in 2005, was home to a vast collection of resources, many of which were hidden among dozens of outdated pages and hidden links.

Contributions to Project:
Created initial user definitions and crafted user interview questions for in-house user research.
Facilitated an information architecture workshop key organizational stakeholders to refine our initial architecture and uncover content that needed to be created or rebuilt.
Used GatherContent (https://gathercontent.com/) to document and refine architectural decisions from stakeholder workshop.
Organized and managed development team to create a new site in Drupal 7 and migrate content from the previous site. Created first draft of visual layouts and standards for the site's design.
