Duties & Responsibilities: Works on Graveyard shift and Day shift schedules, hands-on troubleshooting of units, hardware/software updates and installation, Internet speed testing, security awareness (antivirus & firewall), updating and maintaining server, responding agents concerns on service desk ticketing system (ITarian), cable management, monthly cleaning units/stations, creating agent accounts and creating some graphic/video Editing.
