This project had two phases. In the first phase we built some regularly used banking journeys showing how use of AI would affect them and delight customers to show Bank President and CXO's to win approval of project.

Post approval we worked with the Data team as Human Centred and Conversational Design experts to select the vendor for the AI chatbot project. To support this we built a specific AI chatbot scorecard.

Our involvmentd ensured the budgeting and green lighting of the AI chatbot project and the selection of the right vendor based on customer needs of the market.
