Culture is defined to be authentic and local but with the innovation and the globalization, a new definition for culture is released which is popular culture. It is mainly about our daily routines, what we experience everyday, people’s everyday music, stories, artifacts, jokes, performance, pastimes and poetry in a narrower scale than the culture itself.
Poor people in Egypt which are the majority of the population finds it hard to express themselves without the fear of getting in trouble, they also think that they don’t have the credibility to speak up and say what they want, they either use sarcastic way of communicating, like stickers and writings on  their taxies, microbuses or even their food carts.

Egypt’s most popular and affordable food is being displayed in carts that barely
function well due to the lack of pavements that leads to people overcrowding the
streets. Knowing that Egypt’s population exceeded 80 million, most of the Egyptians
can’t afford to eat in any other place but these carts that are always subjected to dust,
smog, flies, and pollution. Those carts are not only in rural areas in Egypt, but they are
also in the most aristocratic places in Egypt and there is a percentage of the A and B
classes that don’t hesitate buying from those street vendors. This Mobile food cart is a
module that holds so many branches to enhance those carts, with putting into consideration
the increasing of hygiene. With all the different varieties of food and drinks sold on it, will be very beneficial for not only the person selling the food or drinks but also for different communities buying from him.
