A large part of my Graduate degree involved concepts and theories within Design Leadership, which focused on facilitation as a method to communicate, share information and gather information from large and small groups. This specialized training included utilizing visual communication tools such as white board techniques, information visualization and the ability to design and develop tools for a specific group to reach a goal.
I have led a few workshops, some including: When and Why to utilize Divergent and Convergent Process Skills and Min Basauder's Creative Problem Solving Process SIMPEX.
