There is 3 company participate in this project, those are Aleph Labs (UIUX Design Agency), OpenText (Tech Company) & Malaysia Airport Holding Berhad (Client). From Aleph Lab, there is 2 person. The team formation include 1 project manager and 1 UIUX designer. I am the UIUX designer. My role is to complete the task end to end which include:

CHALLENGE:
Malaysia Airports (MAHB) want to leverage their operation big data information to help flight passenger have a good experience touring around airport while waiting their next flight. It is the first baby step for MAHB to kickstart their Total Airport Experience (TAE) strategic pillar outlined in Malaysia Airports' five-year business plan.
APPROACH:
As a team member, I have crafted the mobile app around the concept of airports shopping experience. Plus, to connect the big data, business value and delightful customer experience, I have introduced modular compilation service planner to help user tour around Malaysia airports.

Task Brief
For traveller who plan to visit Malaysia Airports. The MAHB mobile app is a travel planner mobile app that able to guide user travel in & out the airport with live visitor footprint data & boarding gate data.
Unlike user need to write down the plan manually via their mobile phone default note app. Our product, MAHB mobile app able to plan user departure travel plan, arrival travel plan & transit travel plan.
