This is my graduation project, it took one year and half to finish. 

t’s a Mixed gas-cooktop (3 gas-burner/1 Electric), focus to take more control of the natural resources and the control of gas-cook time. Also the design it´s based in the concept to make a contribution to the environment and the domestic-security.

First of all, the cook top it´s made of white glass-ceramic alloy that can resist the temperatures of the gas-combustion, the support arms of each burner it´s made of polished steel, and the burners are made of the same white glass-ceramic. In the top of the cooktop is the digital display (like the microwaves) to control the functions of each component. It also has an electric resistant to add more versatile to the product.

Thanks to the sensors and mechanism inside of the arms of each burner, the product it is able detects the emperature from the pots on top of it, it also helps to close the valve that controls the gas-flow if there aren't pots on top helping to safe energy and avoid accidents.

The digital display allows the gas-cooktop to control cook-time as the user want, it also has a memory that it can use to save the favorites time-cook foods and saving unused periods of energy.

The idea of the glass-ceramic material, first off all its better for cleanable healthy surfaces, second to make more recyclable products, and for the polished steel it could be made o recyclable compact steel.
