Designing this book posed a significant challenge since the theme was entirely new to me. However, the author’s desire was to maintain visual appeal despite the serious nature of the content.
To achieve this, I chose to utilize a tritone color combination: navy blue, gold, and black, drawing inspiration from marine aesthetics. Silhouette illustrations and icons were introduced to enhance the reading experience with simple visuals that remain approachable. Additionally, the book incorporates strategic maps and infographics to effectively convey professional and strategic aspects.
