A small residential bathroom update for clients after their kids moved out. This one was gutted and every inch was updated. New plumbing, lighting, and vanity. The new paint, cabinet and Calacatta marble tile made a world of difference in brighting and modernizing the space. The client was very hands-on, doing the demo and install themselves. There's still a few things left to do, but they're a fun couple and great to work with such a talented tradesman.
