"HeyBooth" an April Fool's Project
OTE Group Telecommunications Museum
In the context of April Fools' Day, and given the need for a fun and engaging social media post, the idea of a pilot project for the reintroduction of OTE's old telephone booths into the present day was conceived, but in a more modern form than ever before. The concept was visualized through 3D design.
The new booth is called "Hey Booth" and, apart from its modern design, it boasts absolute sound isolation, a large screen for connecting mobile devices, a camera for video calls, WIFI, and it also responds to voice commands.
The booths are installed in three highly prominent locations throughout Greece. The surroundings have also been designed from scratch and faithfully represent reality with great accuracy.
