EVENT PASS: I'm currently in my third and final year in college as a Graphic Design student, and this is one of my first and favourite projects I've worked on.
The objective was to come up with an event and then make a VIP pass design for guests; then create further assets such as a landing page and mock-ups for the event.
In this project, I used both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create a print-ready pass that stands out. The design itself was made in Illustrator: The style is inspired by the hippie/spiritual community and is vibrant and earthy at the same time. This draws in the right crowd for the imaginary "Soul Fest"; what would be a festival of music and witch-y things -- plants, herbs, crystals, sun-catchers and such.
After the design was complete, I transferred each side to an InDesign file where I created a custom dieline for properly cutting the pass, and highlighted the peace sign where a special glow-in-the-dark ink would be applied as a security feature.
Finally, I created an interactive client presentation to wrap this design up neatly. The presentation is interactive with working buttons made for easy navigation.
I had a lot of fun being extremely creative with this project and have been able to refine my skills in both Illustrator and InDesign quite a lot. This felt like a passion project!

All assets in this presentation were made specifically for this project. The secondary font used is "Roller Girl", found on the PixelSurplus website. All rights go to the original designer. This project is exclusively for a school project and will not be sold.
