A few days in Albania, a different images from the polished one proposed by the paid influencers. I had the impression to visit a film stage, on which they would have invited a few statists to make good impression.

During the few days I spent there, I did not see any real production company, no trucks, and almost no people.

I have seen a lot of wealth related to dubious businesses and/or the sale of land, especially on the coast.

The most beautiful touristic places on the coast look like a summary of all the mistakes we have made in Spain, France or Italy during the past 60 years. Furious development and very limited infrastructure. A few sewage stations for the whole country, and the main market for Mercedes compared to the number of inhabitants.

Beautiful landscapes, empty, spotless nature, old churches in the North, a sanctuary for low impact tourism, for how long?
