Ludzie Znad Jezior (Lake People)
Ludzie Znad Jezior (Lake People) was a band formed by a few guys who came from small towns and villages close to the wilderness, which influenced them to create hip-hop in opposition to the urban mainstream. Their music was characterized by an improvised, raw, underground character combined with poetic, sentimental lyricism. To a listener brought up on classical sound, the work of this band may seem strange, abstract, puzzling. It is definitely music not for everyone.
