I was invited by my friend Gaston to paint a mural in his new restaurant, called "Cactus". I wanted to explore symmetry, moving away from a 'landscape' approach, creating fractals with plants. I also tried a new process, that included drafting the composition in Photoshop, projecting the basic shapes onto the wall, and a more organized way of adding the lights & shadows. I created the palette using the colors from other walls or elements in the restaurant, for a better integration with the rest of the place.
