Nikkei was a very interesting project to work on and explore where the client was looking for a rebranding for her restaurants located in Aruba, she wanted to make them a little more modern but without losing their initial essence since it is a business that started few years ago. Nikkei is made up of 3 sushi restaurants, each evoking its own spirit. Nikkei sushi, wok & bowl is the most typical of the 3, on the other hand Nikkei sushi bar is more inspired by a full kitchen where they offer more than just sushi, and finally we have Nikkei Express, a new location that is based on a more fast food concept and more towards practicality taking into account that of the 3 restaurants is the one that would focus on the To-Go service.

Nikkei fue un proyecto muy interesante de trabajar y explorar donde la cliente buscaba un rebranding para sus restaurantes ubicados en Aruba, quería hacerlos un poco más modernos pero sin que perdieran su esencia inicial ya que es un negocio que empezó hace varios años. Nikkei está conformado por 3 restaurantes de sushi, cada uno evocando su propio espíritu. Nikkei sushi, wok & bowl es el más típico de los 3, por otro lado Nikkei sushi bar está más inspirado en una cocina completa donde ofrezcan más que solo sushi, y para finalizar tenemos a Nikkei Express, un nuevo local que es está basado en un concepto más de comida rápida y más hacia lo práctico tomando en cuenta que de los 3 restaurants es el que se enfocaría en el servicio To-Go.
