This is a map comparing the suitability of some locations to establish a Water Park. The key parameters were:
1. Land Elevation (40% Influence)

2. Road Connectivity (25% influence)
I used Model Builder in ArcGIS to propose a few locations and used existing unused land areas to propose a few locations.
