i designed the O-Lux with the others from Lutman Design for the Designboom LG OLED LIGHTING International Design Competition.
O-Lux is a portable OLED light that uses a 53x55x1mm OLED standard panel. Its design as a safety lamp that can be hanged to different kinds of back-packs, school bags, bicycles, clothes…
It’s not intended to be used like a torch light but its design to be a safety night light device that alerts car drivers, other bike riders, etc. of our presence in the dark.
O-Lux it’s a perfect product for runners, bike riders, school kids, hikers and many more.
With its carabiner lock it’s easy to hang on a variety of clothes, bags and other stuff.
It’s very small/pocket size, light and resistant with its aluminium body and silicon bumper.
The O-Lux has an internal Li-Ion battery that can be charged by a USB plug that can be pulled from its side. The user doesn't have to change batteries and doesn't need any cable or charger.
