The Mentorship Program was created in 2014 by Alumni Canada Brasil. The Program connects mentors who have had some studying or working experience in Canada with mentees who intend to study and/or work in the country. The program's objective is to enable these pairs to share experiences and set sustainable short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals so that the mentees are motivated to continue following the work plan even after the Mentorship Program concludes.
