Hewlett Packard's First Virtual Sales Assistant
BACKGROUND
In effort to provide sales representatives with the information they need to field questions from potential clients, HP has created a variety of internal websites, dashboards, and assets for sales reps to use.
However, too many repetitive resources and a high employee turnover rate has presented an issue with sales teams: representatives no longer know what resource to utilize when they have a product question.
SOLUTION
Using HP's internal product database source (CAP), we created, integrated, and successfully deployed an AI in as a new sales enablement tool, allowing sales representatives to get answers immediately through Skype for Business, HP's preferred internal communication platform.
