The most noteworthy changes here are the right side panel. This allows users to identify what specific records are triggering these alerts, why and when without requiring them to pivot to another tool. We also made it much more obvious which group of records needed their attention with the red and amber icons; all with the intention of reducing investigation times.
For the rules definition page, we pulled the core functionality out of the ‘advanced settings’ drop-down and made it a main part of the workflow. Additionally, we cleaned up the nomenclature and explainability of the drop-downs and selection options.
