Erudit is a SaaS providing real-time employee insights to let organizations drive success. Erudit gets real-time insights through AI passive-listening communication platforms used by the company.

The specs are prepared for an MVP of Actions initiative. The aim of Actions was to close the loop of the experience inside Erudit. We were able to have the insights, so we needed to create the space to make the most out of these insights: the space to define and follow up strategic plans related to employee well-being.
