Motion Graphics - Fall 2013

Program Identity
Discovery Channel - "Shark Week"
Brought the typograpghy of "Discovery" to life in a playful way to hint at the program's identity to the audience, and finally revealing it at the end.
Network Identity
Discovery Channel
Making use of the word "discovery" again, I used the typography to show a glimpse of an image of a tiger, and finally revealing the whole image at the end.  I wanted this bumper to make the audience feel an emotion (such as fear or bravery) to become more engaged and curious about what the network has to offer.
Network Identity
Discovery Channel
In this bumper, I used a light source (indicating one of the most basic "discovery" tools) to reveal the typography of "Discovery".  The purpose of this bumper was to draw the audience's attention and curiousity regarding what can be "found" through the Discovery Channel Network.
I do not own any rights to the Discovery Channel.  These animation pieces were created as projects for a Motion Graphics class at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Fall 2013.
