School of the Arts - is a general term for any educational institution that focuses on the artistic and aesthetic, and cultural education of children. State institutions such levels as technically and functionally values ​​does not satisfy the needs of today's creative youth. Obsolete instruments uncomfortable learning environment may adversely affect the child's relationship to art and culture in general. So, a new arts school is the best solution to the problem of the poor state of the existing establishments.

On the site there are 3 buildings: building arts school; main building of the viewer hall; hostel with a cafe.
Around the area there are almost no buildings, except for small residential buildings from the east. From the north territory is a recreational area with greenery.
At the school's projected 2 entrances. One for official vehicles and other visitors. Also designed 3 entrance to the pedestrian.
The area provides 2 parking. One for the staff of 15 parking spaces, other visitors for 42 cars.
For the performances, concerts in the warm season, summer scene designed for 100 spectators, which has 2 floors with variety art, waiting room entering the scene, artistic and bathrooms.

 

Chosen four areas of training students: art; music; theater; dance. They share the planning structure of the building into 4 parts. Administrative functional area, as well as scenic and utility area in a separate building - the main building. This allows students to not overlap with the administration.
