According to North American Native tradition, the Blue Heron brings messages of self-determination and self-reliance, representing an ability to progress and evolve. These herons are truly magnificent when they choose to soar. They are a mainly solitary bird, but will come together when they are in need of each other. Through them, we can be inspired by the natural world around us and learn to take shelter in one another.
