What I took form the video is to not restrict oneself especially kids from being creative and to encourage them. Creating art has many beneficial properties such as it helps with stress (it may create stress sometimes) its an enjoyable activity, and it makes people think outside the box which I feel is very important. Problem solving by thinking critically to find ways around a problem just to get to the other side is very beneficial in life.
