Miami City Ballet approached us to help with the Art Direction for the marketing of their recent performance of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker. We felt an elegant yet modest typographic and symbolic graphic treatment would represent the essence and spirit of the performance in its fullest. Those elements would serve a solid base which complimented the color scheme and photography for the show.
