Open University - Help Centre

We’ve been working with a fantastic team at the OU over the last 6 months to help redevelop the Student Help Centre. We’re just about to launch the Beta and we’re really excited with how it’s coming along.
 
We’ve helped in many areas with the project so far including web strategy, content strategy, user experience (UX), application architecture and development. We’ve built tools to enhance the workflow of the team and are really excited about getting into the analytics and management information (MI) once we’ve launched.
 
The project has been run in an agile way, which we find gives us the flexibility to manoeuvre around change within the organisation and we are supporting a continuous improvement strategy to enable the Help Centre to rapidly improve in serving the students’ needs.
