Метою роботи є розробка архітектурного проєкту Туристичного комплексу, розташованого в Миколаївській області.
У дипломному проєкті можна стежити за тенденціями будівництва на водоймі. Будинок на воді дуже незвичайна ідея проєктування. Вона приваблює своєю оригінальністю і зв'язком з природою та водною стихією.
Комплекс на воді буде служити місцем тимчасового проживання та відпочинку.
Фасади зроблені в стилі екзоскелету.
Екзоскелет в архітектурі - це архітектура з каркасом, в якій обшивка будівлі стає несучою, на відміну від системи несучих колон і навісних стін, де ми маємо справу з ендоскелетом.
З часом на перший план вийшли проблеми нестачі земельних ділянок під забудову та високої вартості, а також розвиток приватної забудови для відпочинку, садівництва та городництва. Тому вирішенням цієї проблеми є пошук нових будівельних майданчиків, тобто будівель на воді.
