Almost every task for real estate developers related to 3D visualization or animation begins with a request, where the statement is: We have a month to work (in the best case), something in the project is still not ready, etc. This task was not an exception. From the moment we received the inbox information, we had just over three weeks to complete the project. Also at the start, the information with the current version of the master plan were missing and the interiors, required for one of the shots, were under development. We met the deadline and are happy to share our work with you!

SOFT
I would like to mention the software used separately. Choosing between After Effects, Fusion, and Nuke is akin to choosing between 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender. We have long made our choice for the package from Blackmagic. Despite a relatively small community (compared to Adobe products), DaVinci Resolve attracts with its convenient ecosystem and a unified interface. Plus, its node system allows even those who have never opened Fusion before to adapt quickly.
Отдельно хотелось бы упомянуть используемый софт. Выбор между After Effects, Fusion и Nuke, сродни выбору между 3ds Max, Cinema 4D или Blender. Мы давно остановили свой выбор на пакете от Blackmagic. Несмотря на относительно небольшое комьюнити (в отличие от продуктов Adobe), Davinci Resolve подкупает удобной экосистемой с единым интерфейсом. Плюс его нодовая система позволяет быстро адаптироваться даже тем людям, которые никогда ранее не открывали Fusion.
STAGES
Unlike 3D stills, animation requires a more careful approach. It's crucial to carefully plan every detail from the start of the project. Beginning with the scenario and ending with sending the scene for rendering. The standard stage of developing an animation project looks like this:
