Pressehaus Podium
With floor-to-ceiling windows on every floor, Pressehaus Podium is a seamless sanctuary of light, and offers impressive views of Berlin. TOG partnered with Universal Design Studio to capture and preserve the location's heritage as a press and media center. With standout features like a sweeping central staircase, a sky lounge with impressive Berlin views, and premium amenities, this workspace is sure to please businesses and individuals alike.
This was an extensive project entailing 9 CGIs, 7 detail shots, and an animation to really bring to life all the stunning details and design elements. TOG sees design as the main differentiator between their spaces and other flex space providers as well as the main reason people come to them, which made it all the more important to get those details right.
