El fondo de agua de Bogotá quería mostrar el trabajo que realiza la institución en la recuperación del páramo de guerrero en Subachoque. Cuartoestudio (antes Proyecto Radar) documentó el proceso a través de talleres de fotografía con los hijos de las familias que participan en el programa de recuperación, para que hicieran el reconocimiento y la memoria del territorio obteniendo de esta manera un testimonio mucho más veraz y auténtico de la labor que realiza en terreno el Fondo de Agua de Bogotá.
Después realizaron una selección con sus mejores fotografías y diseñaron una exposición y un fotolibro que se nutrió de los testimonios de los mismos estudiantes. De esta forma, convertimos un proceso de gestión y responsabilidad ambiental en un proyecto pedagógico, documental y artístico.

Bogota’s Water Fund wanted to showcase their conservation work at Paramo de Guerrero (Paramo is an ecosystem unique to the Andes Mountains) at the town of Subachoque, near Bogota. Cuartoestudio (previously Proyecto Radar) documented Bogota’s Water Fund work through photographic workshops that were imparted to children from families taking part in the conservation efforts. In this way local people were able to identify and document their own territory thus allowing Radar to generate authentic images of the impact of the project.
Afterwards, Proyecto Radar curated the photographs taken by the children, designed an exhibition and a photobook which included children’s testimonies. Thus, Cuartoestudio transformed the generic process of reporting the achievements of an environmental project into an educational and artistic project
